"*This is an ideal property for families. Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. This Andalusian holiday home offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, mountains, and, on clear days, the Atlas Mountains in Africa. Situated near Torrox Pueblo, it's just a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest beach at Torrox Costa. The journey involves a mix of paved and rural roads; while an off-road vehicle isn't needed, the route can be steep and narrow, requiring careful driving. Occasionally, you might encounter a docile horse along the way, so drive cautiously. The property includes an esplanade with parking and a back area featuring a swimming pool and a large covered terrace. Although accessing the roof of the barbecue area is possible, it is unsafe and not advised. Outside, enjoy the pool and sunbathing areas, complete with loungers and umbrellas. The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room has electric shutters, stunning sea views, and German SAT TV for entertainment. Casa Noria has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. All rooms feature mosquito nets, ceiling fans, and air conditioning with heating. The two bathrooms have showers, one spacious enough for two people. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Electricity costs are monitored by reading the meter on arrival and departure. Excess electricity consumption (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will be charged at 0.39 euros per kW, payable in cash on departure or deducted from the deposit. Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption."
